Yeah I thought I was going insane too. I couldn’t even go to class. One day I just started sobbing and couldn’t move from where I was and I felt so detached from myself. It was awful. And I was so confused all of the time. I just couldn’t keep it together. I became so withdrawn I could hardly talk to my best friend. It’s taken years to get back to feeling normal in social settings and not triggering anxiety. And I had SOOO much pressure in college. This was all while art directing a film and doing around 5 projects for 5 teachers every week. HELL.
